1.Why we collect this

Your face photos and work documents are used only to verify who you are and to build your matching profile. They are not used for anything else.

2.Originals are destroyed

The original work documents you upload (business card, employee ID and the like) are permanently deleted from our servers as soon as a manager has verified them and written up your profile.

3.Who sees your profile

Your photos and edited profile are shared one-to-one with a single match candidate. They are never made public and are not indexed by search engines.

4.Your rights

Under Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact your manager to do so.
