Privacy Policy

1.Why we collect this
Your face photos and work documents are used only to verify who you are and to build your matching profile. They are not used for anything else. If you verify your workplace with your work email, we use that address and its company domain only for the same purpose and delete them together when we erase your personal data.
2.Originals are destroyed
The original work documents you upload (business card, employee ID and the like) are permanently deleted from our servers as soon as a manager has verified them and written up your profile.
3.Who sees your profile
Your photos and edited profile are shared one-to-one with a single match candidate. They are never made public and are not indexed by search engines.
4.Extra profile · drinking
We use how often you drink (per month, from the application) and the personality and weekend keywords you may choose after applying for matching. Drinking and your “About me” keywords appear on the profile shown to the person we introduce; your “Wants” keywords are seen only by managers. They are deleted together with your other personal data.
5.Service providers
We use these providers to run the service: text messages — SOLAPI Inc. (phone number), email — Resend (email address), photo and file storage — Amazon Web Services. They may not use your data for any other purpose.
6.If you use the feed
When you post, comment or vote in the feed, we process your nickname, your password (stored only as an irreversible hash), what you write, and — to stop spam and duplicate votes — connection information (an irreversible transformation of your IP address) and a voting cookie. This is not linked to your application. Posts and comments stay public until you delete them or we hide them under our policy; when you delete them they are destroyed immediately.
7.Ad measurement (Meta Pixel)
To measure whether Instagram and Facebook ads actually lead to applications, we use the Meta Platforms pixel on our public pages and the application form. The address of the page you viewed, whether you started or completed an application, browser and device information, and a cookie (_fbp, up to 90 days) may be sent to Meta (behavioral information). We never send what you enter in the application, such as your name, email or phone number, and we do not use the pixel on pages opened through personal links, such as introductions, payments, reviews and application status. If you prefer not to be measured, block third-party cookies in your browser, or turn off the use of activity from other websites in your Instagram or Facebook ad preferences.
8.Your rights
Under Korea’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact your manager to do so.
