Why payment comes last

Filling in the application and being screened costs nothing. Payment is arranged only after we find someone for you and **both of you say you would like to meet**. If no introduction lands, there is nothing to pay.

The problem with paying upfront

When a service is paid before it delivers, its attention moves from "how well do we introduce" to "how many can we sign up". The money is already in, so a poor match costs the company nothing.

Moving payment to the end removes that. An introduction has to land for us to earn, so forcing a bad pairing works against us.

The order

① Apply — free. ② A manager screens you — free. Without confirmed employment and identity, it stops here.

③ One profile arrives. You accept, or pass.

④ Payment is explained only after both sides accept. ⑤ Once it clears, we pass on the contact details.

Refunds

Once contact details have been shared, the fee is not refundable — that is the point at which the service was delivered.

Before that point, it is refundable. The full terms are in our refund policy.

FAQ

QDoes applying cost anything?

No. The application and the screening that follows are both free.

QWhen exactly do I pay?

After both you and the other person have said you would like to meet. Never before that.

QWhat if no introduction works out?

Then there is nothing to pay. Payment only happens after a match is agreed.
